We’re expanding our team!

Alḥamdulillāh, the past year has given us the opportunity to thoughtfully restructure and lay the groundwork for the next phase of our vision and mission. As we continue to grow, the Women’s Mosque of America is seeking dedicated individuals who are excited to contribute their time, skills, and care to a mission-driven nonprofit and community movement.

All opportunities are open to people of all genders and faith backgrounds, and several roles may be completed remotely.

Current Opportunities:

Social Media Intern, Unpaid internship 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing WMA’s Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook accounts
• Creating and scheduling weekly content aligned with our brand voice and values
• Posting announcements related to Jummaʿa services, programs, and events

Requirements:

• Submission of a portfolio demonstrating creativity and brand consistency

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are encouraged to indicate:

• Preferred department or role
• Skills or interests
• Estimated weekly or monthly availability
